Job Description

As a Merchandiser – Safety Shoes, you will be responsible for managing product placement, stock levels, display standards, and customer engagement across dealer outlets, retail counters, and industrial supply stores. The goal is to drive visibility and sales of Vinod Footwear’s safety shoe range. 📋 Key Responsibilities:Visit retail and industrial dealer outlets regularly Ensure correct display of safety shoes, branding, and POP materials Check product availability and ensure timely stock replenishment Educate store staff and B2B buyers on product features (steel toe, oil resistance, etc.) Maintain planograms and shelf layouts according to company standards Track fast-moving SKUs and share sales trends with the sales team Gather competitor product and pricing intelligence Coordinate with sales reps for order follow-ups and dispatches Submit store visit reports with photos and stock details
