Job Description

1. Candidate should be Graduate/ Diploma in Plastic 2. Min 15 years experience in Sales and marketing in Plastic Industry , (Industrial Engineering parts, 2k mould and specialty polymer exposure) 3. He should interact with the internal NPD team. 4. He should persuade the clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery. 5. Should provide Pre-sales technical assistance and product education and after sales support services. 6. Achieving regular New business acquisition targets 7. Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events. 8. Mandatory Experience: Industrial exposure in Plastic injection moulding Preferred Industry: - 15-20 years of experience, preferably from plastic Industry etc - Demonstrable track record of achieving stretch target - Strong & Effective contacts/connections in large companies of the target industries. - Be an active part of the goal setting of the company, and achieve the targets. - Understanding the current business model, and future plans of the prospect, point by point as per the given formats. - Ensuring maximum strategic gains for the clients as well as the organization -Able to read 2D Drawing & Visualize 3D Models -Travel 15days a month - Age 40 to 43 Required Experience, Skills And Qualifications: -Able to read 2D Drawing & Visualize 3D Models -Travel 15days a month - Age 40 to 43
