Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic MBA Fresher to join our Sales & Marketing team. The candidate will assist in market research, lead generation, customer relationship management, and execution of sales & promotional activities to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and study industry trends.
• Support sales presentations, proposals, and client pitches.
• Generate leads through calls, emails, and social media platforms.
• Maintain and update customer databases and CRM tools.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, logistics) for smooth execution.
• Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and campaigns.
• Prepare sales reports, MIS, and performance analysis.
• Support digital marketing activities such as social media, email marketing & content creation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Good analytical and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office & basic understanding of CRM tools.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, lead generation, and branding.
• Energetic, self-driven, and eager to learn.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
