Municipal Sales & Tendering

• Identify and pursue

  municipal water & wastewater tenders

  (WTP, STP, sewerage, reuse, distribution)
• Lead

  end-to-end bidding activities

  , including EOI, RFQ, RFP submissions
• Handle

  pre-bid meetings, bid queries, technical & commercial clarifications

  , and post-bid negotiations
• Coordinate with engineering, estimation, and legal teams for

  accurate bid responses

• Ensure

  timely submission

  and full compliance with tender conditions
• Track tender outcomes and manage L1/L2 negotiations

Client Networking & Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Actively engage with

  clients before and after bidding

  to understand project expectations
• Strengthen

  client networking

  for upcoming tenders and repeat business
• Represent the organization in

  official meetings, site visits, and government reviews

Marketing & Market Intelligence

• Promote company credentials and completed municipal projects
• Monitor

  government schemes, policy updates, and budget allocations

• Track competitors, pricing trends, and consultant preferences

Team & Cross-Functional Coordination

• Guide the

  tendering and municipal sales team

• Ensure smooth transition from

  order booking to project execution

• Support contract clarifications during project kick-off

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in

  engineering (Civil / Environmental / Mechanical / Chemical)

• MBA (preferred)

Experience & Skills

• 10–15 years

  in

  municipal water & wastewater sales and tendering

• Proven expertise in

  bid query handling, pre-bid clarifications, and client interactions

• Strong

  government client networking and relationship-building skills

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and documentation skills
