For More Information Call On :- 6352 491 037  Achieving monthly, quarterly & yearly targets of new business generation & renewals assigned by the company.  Achieving targeted IC recruitments, IC Licensing and month to month activation of Insurance Consultants.  Recruitment of new ICs, coordinating III training, Licensing examination and documentation for recruited ICs.  Attending joint sales calls in the field with insurance consultants.  Driving ICs to generate new business & renewals of life insurance products on daily basis.  Motivating ICs with various competitions, contests & R&R initiatives launched by the co. to achieve targets.  Conducting regular meets with Insurance consultant and exercising team building activities at regular intervals
