In this internship with PaReComm Surfaces, you will have the opportunity to be involved in various aspects of the interior design solutions company. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: - Assisting in Lead Generation: You will be responsible for identifying potential clients using online platforms, referrals, or field research. - Conducting Client Outreach: Connect with prospects via calls, messages, and emails to introduce our interior design solutions. - Scheduling & Attending Meetings: Help coordinate and attend client meetings (online or in-person) along with the sales team. - Pitching Products & Services: Present our offerings such as wood/laminate flooring, PVC panels, wallpapers, false ceilings, etc. - Following Up with Leads: Regularly follow up with potential clients to move them through the sales funnel. - Coordinating with Design & Project Teams: Work closely with internal teams to understand project requirements and timelines. - Maintaining Sales Records: Update and manage client data, leads, and status reports using Excel or CRM tools. - Supporting Marketing Activities: Assist in digital campaigns, promotions, and creating basic marketing materials. - Market Research: Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and suggest ideas to improve the sales strategy. - Collecting Client Feedback: Gather feedback post-sales to help improve customer experience.
