As a Sales & Marketing professional with 1 year of experience in refractory business within industries like Carbon Black, Glass, Ceramics, Iron & Steel, and Nonferrous, you will be responsible for various key roles and responsibilities. Your main duties will include maintaining high customer visibility through regular visits and interactions, developing new customer relationships by understanding their product demands and promoting the performance benefits of CUMI products. You will also be accountable for generating enquiries, submitting offers on time, providing necessary data for offers, negotiating deals, and securing orders. Additionally, you will be required to monitor and report on the performance of CUMI products at customer sites, evaluate customers" tangible business benefits, and prepare success stories for future references. Understanding customers" processes and operations, as well as monitoring their shutdown planning, will be crucial aspects of your role. Furthermore, you will need to analyze and report on monthly sales, collection, and new product trials to your reporting manager, as well as forecast sales for allocated customers. Evaluating competitors" activities in terms of sales, applications, qualities, performance, pricing, and deliveries will also be part of your responsibilities. In case of any customer complaints or problems, you must report them immediately to your superior, register them on the complaint management portal, and coordinate with the concerned team to initiate corrective actions. It will also be your responsibility to prepare sales plans and ensure timely dispatches as per the monthly sales plan by collaborating with the customer service team. Overall, your role will involve proactive customer engagement, sales forecasting, competitor analysis, product performance evaluation, and effective coordination with internal teams to drive business success.,
