### **Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Sales & Marketing Executive** with at least **2 years of experience in the textile industry**. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, identifying new business opportunities, developing marketing strategies, and building long-term customer relationships to support the growth of our textile business.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

* **Sales & Business Development**

* Identify and target new customers and business opportunities in domestic and/or international markets.

* Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

* Generate leads through networking, trade shows, online platforms, and existing contacts.

* Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and contracts with clients.

* **Marketing Activities**

* Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote textile products (fabrics, garments, etc.).

* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and new markets.

* Collaborate with the design and production team to develop product positioning and promotional strategies.

* **Client Relationship Management**

* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.

* Provide after-sales support and handle client inquiries or complaints.

* Gather customer feedback and report it to the product and production teams.

* **Reporting & Analysis**

* Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and periodic performance reports.

* Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth.

### **Requirements:**

* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

* Minimum 2 years of sales and marketing experience in the **textile industry** (fabric, yarn, garments, home textiles, etc.).

* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

* Willingness to travel as required.

* Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
