Job Description

You will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and onboarding new banking & financial clients in Karnataka. This will involve presenting and demonstrating our suite of banking solutions (Core Banking, Wallet, MIS, Switching, etc.) to decision-makers. You will need to develop strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals, as well as meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Traveling across assigned territories within Karnataka to expand our footprint will be a key part of your role. Additionally, you will collect market intelligence, study competitive offerings, and provide feedback to management for product enhancements. Maintaining accurate sales activity records and submitting reports on performance metrics will also be essential. Qualifications Required: - 0 to 3 years of sales experience (freshers with the right mindset are welcome) - Excellent proficiency in Kannada and English, both spoken and written - Must own a two-wheeler and laptop - Preparedness to travel extensively across Karnataka - Self-motivated, energetic, target-oriented, and able to thrive with minimal supervision - Strong persuasion, negotiation, and presentation skills - High level of accountability, discipline, and result-driven attitude About the Company: Safe Software & Integrated Solutions Pvt.
