Job Summary:The Sales Manager for Manpower Contract Services is responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new clients, managing existing accounts, and promoting the company's staffing solutions. This role involves developing strategic sales plans, negotiating contracts, and working closely with the operations and recruitment teams to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery. Sales manager should able to bring Manpower Supply contract business from private sector  Identify and target new business opportunities in industries requiring temporary or contract staffing (e.g., logistics, manufacturing, construction, hospitality, etc.). Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competition, and client needs.
