• Candidates with textile, PPE, industrial safety, or garment industry exposure will be given preference
• Willingness to work in a factory-oriented and field-based environment

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to support business growth, customer acquisition, and brand presence in the PPE and industrial safety segment. The role involves a mix of field sales, customer coordination, and marketing support, suitable for both fresh talent and professionals seeking growth in the safety and textile industry.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Identify new business opportunities in industrial, manufacturing, healthcare, and safety segments
• Follow up with enquiries, leads, and existing customers
• Support order finalization, pricing coordination, and customer onboarding

Marketing & Market Presence

• Assist in executing marketing initiatives, campaigns, and promotions
• Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events when required
• Collect market feedback, competitor activity, and customer insights

Client & Channel Coordination

• Maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, contractors, and direct clients
• Coordinate with internal teams (production, dispatch, accounts) for smooth order execution

Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain records of sales visits, enquiries, and follow-ups
• Prepare basic sales and market reports for management review

Skills & Competencies

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts
• Interest in industrial safety, PPE products, and textile-related business
• Self-driven, proactive, and willing to learn
• Ready for field visits and multitasking responsibilities

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: 20,000 - 35,000
