Job Description

As a Medical Sales Representative, your role involves conducting regular field visits to clinics and hospitals to generate referrals. You are expected to meet monthly and quarterly sales/target Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Additionally, you will play a vital role in organizing and supporting health camps, Continuing Medical Education (CME) events, and community outreach programs. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain relationships with doctors, corporate HRs, and chemists - Distribute promotional materials like brochures, leaflets, and sample reports - Collect feedback from clients and collaborate with internal teams to improve services - Report daily field activities to the manager using CRM or Excel - Keep track of competitor offerings, pricing, and marketing strategies - Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a seamless patient experience - Handle inquiries related to B2B partnerships, corporate tie-ups, and bulk testing Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in English - Full-time availability Kindly note that the work location for this position will be in person.,
