Job Description

Customer Relationship Management:Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients, including dealers, contractors, and project managers.
Lead Generation and Prospecting:Identifying and developing new business opportunities through various channels, such as cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
Sales Process Management:Managing the entire sales process from initial contact to order placement, including preparing quotes, negotiating prices, and processing sales orders.
Customer Needs Assessment:Understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable steel products based on their specific needs and applications.
Product Knowledge:Possessing in-depth knowledge of steel products, their specifications, and applications to effectively advise customers.
Order Fulfillment Support:Coordinating with logistics and other internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of steel products.
Market Research and Analysis:Staying informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities and adapt sales strategies.
Reporting and Documentation:Preparing and submitting regular sales reports, market feedback, and other relevant documentation.
Post-Sales Support:Addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
