Key Responsibilities:

• Represent Longefit in corporate meetings, collaborations, and business partnerships
• Willingness to travel as and when needed for business development and marketing initiatives
• Supervise and coordinate with the Customer Relationship Executive team
• Lead the client conversion process and ensure smooth onboarding
• Drive lead engagement, follow-ups, and new client acquisition
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention

Who We’re Looking For:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English and Malayalam
• Proactive, confident, and capable of working independently or as part of a team
• Passionate about fitness, wellness, and helping others improve their health

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the fitness, wellness, or health sector is a strong advantage
• Familiarity with digital marketing strategies is a plus
