Key Responsibilities: Lead EMS Workouts: Conduct individual or small group EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation) sessions, ensuring safety and effectiveness. Design Tailored Fitness Plans: Craft personalized workout programs based on each client's health status and goals. Supervise Sessions: Closely monitor clients during workouts to ensure proper form, equipment use, and technique. Client Education: Help clients understand the science and benefits of EMS training. Inspire Clients: Motivate and support clients consistently throughout their fitness journey. Foster Client Relationships: Build lasting relationships to enhance client retention and results. What We’re Looking For: Certified fitness professional (must hold a recognized fitness certification). 1–2 years of experience in a gym or fitness center environment. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new fitness technologies like EMS. Long-term career mindset and desire to grow with Longefit.
