Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Overview:

As a Sales & Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, acquiring new clients, and managing outdoor advertising campaigns in the Kakinada region. You will closely coordinate with the Marketing Head and Head Office team in Madhapur to ensure smooth operations and consistent execution of company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development: Identify new clients, generate leads, and convert opportunities into successful business deals.
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Market Research: Study local markets, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities.
• Campaign Coordination: Plan and monitor outdoor advertising campaigns to ensure timely delivery and visibility.
• Head Office Coordination:
• Collaborate with the Marketing Head and corporate team in Madhapur for strategy execution, approvals, and regular updates.
• Provide timely reports and feedback from the field.
• Sales Support: Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and quotations.
• Brand Promotion: Support regional marketing initiatives to enhance LEADSPACE brand visibility in Kakinada.
• Reporting: Maintain sales records and prepare performance reports for management review.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience: 1–2 years in sales, marketing, or outdoor advertising.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent networking and client-handling abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Languages: Proficiency in English and Telugu preferred.
• Personal Traits: Dynamic, result-oriented, confident, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
