Sales & Marketing Executive – Hotel Industry

Are you passionate about hospitality and skilled in driving business growth? Join our dynamic team as a Sales & Marketing Executive and play a key role in expanding our brand presence and boosting sales.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote hotel rooms, events, and F&B outlets.
• Identify new business opportunities including corporate clients, travel agents, and event planners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Execute online and offline marketing campaigns.
• Handle sales calls, client meetings, and property show-arounds.
• Track market trends and competitor activities to refine strategies.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure guest satisfaction and upselling.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in hotel or hospitality sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and OTA platforms is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
