Sales & Marketing Executive

Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales of food processing equipment to clients across various regions and industries. Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential customers in the food processing industry through field visits, referrals, exhibitions, and digital platforms. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable machinery or solutions. Conduct product presentations and equipment demonstrations at client sites or virtually. Prepare and follow up on quotations, technical proposals, and commercial negotiations. Maintain strong after-sales relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management. Collaborate with the technical and service teams for installation and troubleshooting support. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and product advancements. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Food Technology, or a related field preferred. 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in industrial equipment, capital machinery, or B2B sector. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a result-oriented mindset. Preferred: Experience in the food machinery or processing equipment industry. Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical components.
