Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Activities:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
  • Marketing Activities:
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns and strategies to promote products or services.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
  • Manage and update company websites, social media platforms, and promotional materials.
  • Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to create marketing collateral, such as brochures, videos, and advertisements.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve complaints.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-ups and regular communication.
  • Gather feedback to improve products, services, and marketing approaches.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • total work: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
  • FMCG: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

  • English (Preferred)
