Sales / Marketing Executive

As a Sales and Marketing Executive with our company, you will be responsible for directing and coordinating activities related to the sales of 100% biodegradable compostable products such as carry bags, garbage bags, and grocery bags. Your primary tasks will include creating new markets, identifying bulk deals, and opportunities for growth. To be considered for this position, you should have a minimum of 1+ years of experience in sales and marketing, along with a qualification of at least +2/Graduate. You must be willing to travel extensively and possess excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam. Your role will involve acquiring new customers, leveraging your knowledge of the local area in Trivandrum, Kerala to effectively communicate with local retailers and distributors. You will be expected to engage in fieldwork in and around Trivandrum, building and managing a client base, and handling end-to-end servicing requirements for customers. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating with our team and clients to fulfill requirements, design proofs, production schedules, delivery schedules, logistics, and more. You should demonstrate execution excellence, negotiation skills, and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization. Being aggressive, adept at multitasking, and capable of handling pressure are essential attributes for success in this role. This is a full-time, regular/permanent position based in Trivandrum, Kerala. The remuneration for this role ranges from 12,000.00 to 18,000.00 per month, along with incentives based on performance.
