Sales & Marketing Executive (IT Company) Location: Cochin | Employment Type: Full‑Time About Crescent Technologies Crescent Technologies crafts bespoke software and eCommerce platforms that help businesses grow and delight their customers. What You’ll Do Prospect & Qualify: Source new business through cold outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) and follow-up. Drive Sales: Manage your pipeline in our CRM, prepare winning proposals, and negotiate to close deals. Lead Marketing Initiatives: Plan and execute digital campaigns Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to uncover fresh opportunities. Measure & Report: Track KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and deliver insights to optimize strategies. Who You Are Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or similar. 2+ years of B2B sales or marketing experience, ideally within software or technology services. Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills. Self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
