In addition to sales and business development, you will be involved in client relationship management, providing pre-sales and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction, addressing feedback and queries promptly, and building strong relationships with key clients. You will also be responsible for sales operations and reporting, including preparing detailed sales reports, monitoring competitor activities, and collaborating with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's/Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, along with a good understanding of the ceramic products industry trends. Strong sales and negotiation skills, marketing expertise, networking abilities, and proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and digital marketing tools are essential. Attention to detail, willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events, and a passion for client interaction and sales are also important qualities for this position.
