SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE

A. Sales Activities

• Identify and develop new customers in domestic/export markets.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with existing customers for repeat orders.
• Manage the complete sales cycle: enquiry → costing → quotation → negotiations → order closing.
• Maintain updated customer database and sales pipeline.

B. Marketing Activities

• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and price fluctuations.
• Promote new fabric qualities, designs, and product developments.
• Organize customer visits, sampling programs, and marketing campaigns.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback for improvements.

C. Order Execution Coordination

• Coordinate with production planning, weaving, processing, and dispatch teams for order status.
• Ensure timely delivery and resolve customer complaints.
• Follow up for dispatch documents, payment terms, and post-sales support.

D. Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
• Maintain enquiry register, quotation records, and order status reports.
• Update management on sales performance and market situations.

E. Payment Follow-Up

• Ensure timely payment collection as per agreed credit terms.
• Monitor outstanding dues and support accounts team in reducing DSO.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
