As a Sales & Marketing Executive at Adgraph Media Pvt. Ltd., your primary responsibilities will include market planning, conducting field visits, generating leads, meeting with potential clients, presenting advertising services, closing deals, and coordinating with internal departments for seamless execution. This role is predominantly field-based, requiring visits to shops, businesses, showrooms, and companies throughout Maharashtra. Key Responsibilities: - Identify potential clients in target markets through field visits - Professionally and persuasively present company services - Establish and nurture strong client relationships - Negotiate and finalize deals to drive sales - Monitor market trends and offer valuable insights - Collaborate with design, production, and marketing teams - Provide daily activity and sales reports - Achieve monthly sales targets Skills & Requirements: - Minimum qualification of 12th pass (Graduate degree preferred) - Proficient communication skills in Marathi, Hindi (Basic English proficiency is a bonus) - Strong sales acumen and target-oriented mindset - Ownership of a 2-wheeler with a valid license - Experience in B2B sales or field marketing is advantageous - Familiarity with the geography of any district Salary & Benefits: - Fixed Salary: INR 15,000 to 18,000 per month - Incentives: Up to 10% commission on sales - Travel Allowance: Fuel reimbursement or INR 2/km - Mobile Usage: SIM provided for business calls - Bonus: Additional bonus of up to INR 5,000 per month for high performers - Career Growth: Eligible for promotion to the role of Sales Manager,
