Sales & Marketing Executive (1+ Years Experience)

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales and/or marketing (minimum 2–3 years preferred).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (e.g. social media, email marketing, SEO, PPC, content marketing).
• Experience with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms is a plus.
• Proficient in using data analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite) to measure campaign performance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging marketing strategies
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a bonus.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in B2B/B2C lead generations.
• Google Ads / Meta Ads certifications.
• Familiarity with email automation tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
