Sales & Marketing Engineer

As a Sales & Marketing Engineer for a Manufacturing Company, you will be responsible for managing the existing business and identifying new markets to expand the product range and focus on growth. Your key duties will include expanding the dealer network and interfacing with clients to suggest the most viable product range, as well as cultivating relationships with them to secure repeat business. You will also be required to respond to customer queries related to quality, cost, and delivery. In this role, you will be responsible for keeping records of money recovery from customers and making follow-ups for recovery. Additionally, you will be expected to fill Request For Information (RFI) received from customers, understand Request for Quotation (RFQ) received from customers, and prepare Techno-Commercial offers against RFQs. Your responsibilities will also include establishing quantity and value sales goals for each territory to meet company sales growth expectations. You will support new customers during their start-up period by providing training, sales direction, and familiarization with company processes and strategies. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as health insurance, paid sick time, and Provident Fund.
