Sales Marketing Coordinator

As a Sales & Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales and marketing activities of the company. With a minimum of 3 years of experience, you will be responsible for various essential duties and responsibilities to ensure smooth operations. Your key tasks will include preparing Proforma Invoices and diligently following up with customers regarding these invoices through email and calls. It will be your responsibility to ensure timely completion of all sample requests and actively seek feedback from customers. Additionally, you will need to keep track of all inquiries, respond to them promptly, and coordinate with other teams to resolve any issues causing inquiries to be delayed. Furthermore, you will be required to follow up with customers on offers and address any inquiry-related concerns they may have. Building and maintaining relationships with regular customers to understand their upcoming requirements will also be a part of your role. This position is based in Sandhurst Road, Mumbai, located just a 5-minute walk away from the railway station. The salary offered is up to 6 LPA, depending on the interview performance.
