Location: Bangalore

Experience Required: 510 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Timings: 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM (Mon–Fri); flexibility to work on Weekends if required

Reports To: Director

Role Overview

  • Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets in the cybersecurity space.
    • Identify, engage, and acquire new clients by understanding their cybersecurity needs and challenges.
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in potential and existing accounts.
    • Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations suited to client requirements.
    • Negotiate contracts, prepare proposals and close sales deals.
    • Monitor industry trends, emerging security threats, and competitor activity to adapt sales approaches.
    • Report on sales performance, prepare forecasts, and update the management on progress.
    • Attend industry conferences, events, and networking sessions to represent the organization and generate new business leads.
  • Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • 5+ years of successful sales experience in cybersecurity or related IT sectors.
    • Strong understanding of cybersecurity products, solutions, and market trends.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
    • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
