About the Role

FLAVORADE INDIA is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager – Food Ingredients to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of food ingredients, flavors, and additives with proven experience in B2B sales. This role involves developing client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and driving revenue growth in the food & beverage industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and distributors.
• Provide technical insights to customers on food ingredients and their applications.
• Explore new business opportunities through market research and industry networking.
• Collaborate with R&D and production teams for customized client solutions.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 3–6 years of experience in sales of food ingredients, flavors, or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of food applications and ingredient functionalities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.
