Strong network and understanding of the local markets in these areas. Freshers (Preferred Background): Recent retirees from Defence services, especially Short Service Commissioned Officers (SSCOs) who are now looking for new opportunities. Motivated, disciplined, and eager to build a career in real estate sales.
