Key functions will be:
• Achievement of business plan targets in terms of volume growth, product mix and market share. Responsibility for empanelment of Used DSA, Used DSA with RC limit , Referral /Brokers & Corporate DSA to enhance the business opportunity.
• Managing Sales Profitability and target accomplishments for the assigned portfolio.
• Planning and execution of Promotional activity to increase Used Asset Business (including CV , Car and TRL)
• Effective cost management.
• Responsible for controlling early delinquency.
• Conducting detailed market study to analyze the latest market trends and tracking competitor activities and providing valuable inputs for fine tuning the selling strategies
• Strong commercial and business acumen Strong customer focus Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Knowledge of service and warranty system.
• Good communication and pleasing personality.
• High level of Self Drive/Enthusiasm.
