Job Description

As a potential candidate for the role, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Identify, research, and develop a consistent pipeline of potential clients within the US food and hospitality sector, including restaurants, cloud kitchens, hotels, and resorts. - Establish initial contact with decision-makers to understand their business model, existing packaging solutions, and unmet needs. - Own the complete sales cycle from outreach to closure. This includes developing personalized sales pitches and proposals, negotiating pricing and deal structures based on client volumes, order frequency, and packaging needs. - Ensure all new accounts are smoothly transitioned to post-sales support teams. This involves overseeing onboarding documentation, order setup, and initial service delivery milestones. It is essential to ensure that reporting is up to date. The qualifications required for this role are as follows: - Minimum a graduate degree. An MBA in marketing will be an added advantage. - Proven experience in B2B outbound sales, especially in international markets. - Strong command of cold calling, pitching, and consultative selling techniques. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and professional tone. - Willingness to work during US business hours and manage cross-border collaboration. - Results-oriented approach with a focus on monthly and quarterly targets.
