Job Description

As the Two-Wheeler Loan Business Manager for the assigned region, your primary responsibility will be to lead and manage operations to maximize revenue per existing customer. You will drive business growth by expanding lending operations strategically, focusing on product diversification, channel expansion, and customer segment targeting. Your role will involve ensuring the delivery of customer-centric, cost-efficient, and technology-driven lending solutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading and overseeing the growth of Two-Wheeler Loan business in the region, with an emphasis on increasing revenue per customer. - Developing strategies to enhance distribution and cross-selling of financial products to meet volume and revenue targets. - Identifying and evaluating emerging markets in the region to expand the company's market presence. - Establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships with key stakeholders such as dealers, OEMs, channel partners, and product partners to enhance market reach. - Effectively promoting the company's entire product portfolio to dealers, customers, and channel partners. - Coordinating the development and implementation of sales strategies, marketing initiatives, and promotional campaigns tailored to regional requirements. - Setting and tracking annual and monthly sales targets in alignment with the company's business plan. - Keeping abreast of competitor activities and market trends to provide feedback and recommendations to senior management promptly. - Regularly reviewing and reporting business performance to the management team to identify areas for improvement and corrective actions. - Introducing innovative solutions to address complex business challenges by leveraging best practices and available resources. - Adapting regional plans to tackle operational hurdles, including budgeting, cost management, and resource optimization. Qualifications required for this role: - More than 5 years of experience in the Two-Wheeler industry. - Strong team-oriented leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams. - Proficiency in directing, coaching, and mentoring team members for growth and success. - Demonstrated capability in effectively managing employees. - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. - Prior experience in NBFC/Banking sector would be advantageous.,
