Job Description

Objective:

Sales Manager

Responsibilities

Drive two-wheeler loan sales within the assigned territory by working closely with dealers and channel partners.
Onboard and manage relationships with local dealerships, sub-dealers, and sales agents to generate leads and conversions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets related to loan disbursals, revenue, and customer acquisition.
Promote cross-sell opportunities by educating dealers and customers on the company's full suite of financial products.
Ensure consistent engagement with channel partners to maintain productivity and service quality.
Execute local marketing and promotional campaigns in coordination with regional and central teams.
Track competitor activities and market trends to share insights with management.
Ensure timely documentation, system updates, and adherence to compliance guidelines.
Provide regular updates on performance, challenges, and opportunities to reporting managers.
Support training and capability-building initiatives for dealer sales staff

Qualifications

MBA with 1 year of Sales Experience in TW
NBFC/Banking Experience
Strong dealer/channel management skills and understanding of local markets.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
