Sales Manager

As a Retail Showroom Sales Manager at The Maark Trendz in Palayapalayam, Erode, you will play a crucial role in showcasing our exquisite furniture designs and transforming spaces into stunning displays of style and functionality. With over 4 years of experience in the Interior/Furniture industry, you will engage with clients, architects, and designers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Your strong communication skills in English and the local language, exceptional negotiation abilities, and proven track record of meeting sales targets will be key assets in this role. Your responsibilities will include building and nurturing relationships with new and existing clients, organizing sales meetings, and identifying business opportunities. You will conduct showroom tours, collaborate with design coordinators to create compelling designs, and lead the sales team towards achieving monthly targets. Reporting plays a vital role in this position, as you will be preparing EOD and monthly sales reports for management review. This role will require a dynamic individual who is willing to work both in the showroom and in the field, visiting clients, architects, and project sites. Your ability to drive sales, manage relationships effectively, and showcase strong organizational skills will be essential. Prior experience in the furniture industry is preferred, along with a graduation/post-graduation in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
