Sales manager-South (Ansys/Oasys software)

As a Sales Manager for Ansys software at Arup, your role involves driving sales efforts, building key customer relationships, and managing a small team of sales engineers in Bangalore. Reporting to the business leader in Hyderabad, you will work towards expanding the Ansys product portfolio, focusing on new customer acquisition, and achieving sales revenue targets. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, support, and deliver sales efforts to grow the Ansys product portfolio, including Ansys Structural, CFD software solutions, and Electronics software solutions. - Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers. - Recruit, set objectives, train, and coach sales engineers, monitor their performance. - Conduct competitive marketing analysis to develop a sales strategy for securing new business. - Focus on new customer acquisition and winning long-term strategic customers. - Collaborate with technical support and marketing teams to develop and deliver account-specific campaigns. - Achieve the agreed sales revenue. - Provide client feedback to product development and marketing teams. Qualifications Required: - Engineering degree from a reputed institute/ university. - Result-driven mindset with strong communication skills. - Strong desire to achieve sales targets. - Autonomy and ability to work with wider teams. - Willingness to work under pressure to meet deadlines. - Understanding or interest in automotive/Industrial Equipment & Rotating Machinery/ Material and Chemical Process/Health care/civil engineering industries.
