Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for end-to-end student admission cycle including prospecting, understanding needs, counselling, and admission closing, driving revenue growth via B2C and B2B2C channels.
  • Make fresh calls, follow-ups, and feedback calls using provided database or self-collected data.
  • Take appointments with Principals and provide briefings about products.
  • Communicate effectively with leads to ensure a smooth path to closure.
  • Achieve sales targets.
  • Demonstrate empathy, a caring attitude, and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Maintain excellent communication throughout the process.
