Sales Manager Chennai - Scientific/ Analytical Instruments Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership : Lead regional sales efforts, ensuring revenue growth and operational excellence while maintaining pricing integrity within organizational guidelines. Market Development : Expand market presence by targeting new opportunities and driving sustainable growth across assigned sectors. Customer Engagement : Build long-term, value-driven relationships with key customers. Understand their business vision and align our solutions to their strategic priorities. Tender Management : Manage tender processes in the Research & Academia segment, ensuring competitive positioning and timely execution. Account Growth : Drive consistent growth within existing customer accounts through proactive engagement and solution-driven selling. Strategic Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, technical, and operations to deliver customer-centric solutions. Market Insights : Gather and share critical insights on competitor activity and emerging industry trends to inform business strategy. Territory Coverage : Travel up to 50% within the territory to strengthen client relationships, explore opportunities, and meet sales goals. Team Contribution : Collaborate in a high-performing, goal-oriented team environment that values initiative and continuous improvement. Desired Profile Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biological Sciences, or a related scientific field. 10–15 years of relevant experience in B2B sales, preferably in the analytical instruments or scientific equipment space.
