Sales Manager - (Sales & Marketing)

Role & Responsibilities :

1. Sales Planning & Achievement :

• Develop annual and monthly sales targets for the project and the sales team.
• Drive plot sales through direct customers, channel partners, and digital platforms.
• Monitor and ensure timely closure of sales deals, payment recovery, and registration.
• Prepare and present daily/weekly sales reports and forecasts to the CEO.

2. Marketing & Promotion :

• Design and execute marketing strategies to generate qualified leads.
• Manage digital campaigns, print advertisements, hoardings, and local promotional events.
• Conduct

  site promotion activities

  , roadshows, and customer engagement programs.
• Coordinate with design and media agencies for marketing collateral and social media presence.
• Track competitor activities, pricing trends, and market sentiment to refine strategy.

3. Customer Relationship Management :

• Handle key customer negotiations and closures for premium plots.
• Ensure prompt communication and smooth onboarding of customers post-booking.
• Coordinate with the CRM team for issuance of welcome letters, KYC collection, and registration scheduling.
• Build long-term relationships to enhance referral-based sales.

4. Channel Partner Management :

• Identify and onboard channel partners and local brokers to expand sales reach.
• Conduct regular project briefings and provide promotional materials to agents.
• Monitor partner performance and ensure compliance with company policies and pricing.
• Implement incentive programs for performing agents.

5. Coordination & Reporting :

• Work closely with CRM, Legal, Accounts, and Project teams to ensure seamless customer handling from booking to registration.
• Maintain complete and accurate documentation of all bookings, payments, and customer data.
• Prepare and submit detailed

  Sales & Marketing MIS

  reports, including lead status, conversion ratios, collections, and registration updates.

Preferred candidate profile :

• Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
• Sound understanding of

  plot sales, land transactions, and registration process.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and data reporting.
• Ability to plan and execute marketing campaigns effectively.
