Sales Manager- Sales and Business Development

You will be responsible for achieving the monthly sales targets by following up on leads, calling prospects to the site, and conducting site visits with clients. Your role will involve sales and marketing of the residential site across various channels, negotiating commercial terms, and closing sales deals. Additionally, you will be required to network with corporate clients, high net-worth individuals, and other potential customers to promote projects effectively. You will play a key role in planning and executing strategies for new project launches, including marketing and sales planning. Establishing strong relationships with distribution partners, providing inputs on design, cost comparisons, vendor selection, and coordinating various activities for top management will be part of your responsibilities. Ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the post-sales cycle is essential for this role. Creating a dynamic work environment that encourages team development and motivates high performance will be crucial. You will also be involved in intermediate negotiation processes, advising clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and other relevant matters to ensure transparent and ethical dealings. To be eligible for this position, you should have a graduate/MBA degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sales with a reputable developer or channel partner.
