Role Overview
Looking for a high-performing
B2B SaaS Sales Manager
to drive growth of XCQC by generating leads, closing SME/enterprise deals, and managing repeat business. The role involves end-to-end ownership of revenue, accounts, and collaboration with Product & Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead generation via LinkedIn, cold outreach, BTL & industry connects
- Product demos and consultative selling
- Contract negotiation & deal closures
- Account management, renewals & upselling
- Revenue ownership (MRR, pipeline, win ratio)
- Client feedback & market intelligence
Must-Have Skills
- Strong
B2B SaaS sales
background - Proven closing & negotiation skills
- Experience with
recommerce / IT asset disposal / refurbishment ecosystem
- Target-driven, strong presentation & communication skills
- Ability to sell technical products in simple business terms
