Sales Manager/ RSM

InnerKraft is looking for a skilled Sales Manager/Sr. Manager/RSM to join our young and enthusiastic team. The job location is Behala, Kolkata (Work From Office) with full-time employment from 10.30 am to 7.00 pm. The ideal candidate should have 8 to 15 years of experience in hard-core B2B and B2C sales. As a Sales Officer focusing on B2B and B2C sales, you will play a critical role in expanding our presence in the educational sector. Your responsibilities will include identifying and targeting prospective clients, developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships, presenting and demonstrating services, negotiating contracts, collaborating with internal teams, monitoring market trends, and reporting on sales performance. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, along with proven experience in B2B and B2C sales, preferably within the education or mental health sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets, excellent negotiation and closing skills, proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, and willingness to travel as required are essential requirements for this role.
