Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with US-based leads.
  • Understand customer requirements and propose appropriate security solutions.
  • Nurture leads through the sales funnel to achieve conversions.
  • Maintain and update CRM tools and manage the sales pipeline.
  • Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Provide feedback on US market trends, customer concerns, and product opportunities.

Experience Requirements

  • 4–5 years

    of proven experience in

    lead conversion sales

  • Strong verbal communication in
