Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property sales, team management, and customer relations. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share. Monitor and analyze team performance, sales reports, and KPIs. Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team for consistent performance. Conduct regular meetings, provide feedback, and drive accountability. Oversee lead generation, client follow-up, and site visits. Build strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and referrals. Coordinate with marketing, legal, and operations teams to ensure smooth sales processes. Stay updated on real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor activity. Resolve escalated customer issues and ensure high service standards. Requirements: 3–6 years of proven experience in real estate sales or a similar industry. Bachelor’s degree Excellent verbal and written communication. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in residential/commercial project sales. Network of real estate agents, brokers, or investor clients. Fluency in Punjabi (written and reading) Must be from Punjab Salary: 40K-60K No bar for deserving candidate.
