Position Summary:

We are seeking a high-performing Real Estate Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team. The ideal candidate is a motivated leader with a strong sales background, experience in real estate, and a passion for coaching agents to success. This role is both strategic and hands-on, driving sales performance, recruiting talent, and ensuring a culture of excellence.

Role and Responsibility :

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
• Conduct market research and analyze sales data to inform strategies
• Collaborate with marketing and other departments to align sales efforts
• Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
• Experience in real estate sales management

Qualifications:

• Any Degree
• Previous experience in Real Estate Field must
• Experience Min 7 to 10 Years
