Skills Required: Should have the experience with higher ticket size (e.g - 10 Lakh - 20 Lakh) 5 years of experience in rejection handling (Sales is a plus) Should be able to handle 100 to 150 calls a day (Outbound Calls) Addressing inquiries and resolving issues within specific timeline Quickly assess the situation. Should have good knowledge of Call handling Deliver world-class customer experience Experience Required : Min. 2 years Experience in Sales field (i.e Banking Sector, Insurance, Automobiles, Real estate etc)• Up-selling experience is a plus. • Communication and Listening Skills. – Hindi Language (English is a Plus) Role Highlights - Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Quickly assess situations, take prompt decisions, and follow established procedures to provide the best possible solutions to customers.
