Sales Manager (Reactive)

As a Sales Executive at Marriott International, your role involves proactively soliciting and handling sales opportunities to ensure proper service delivery. Your key responsibilities include: - Collaborating with off-property sales channels to coordinate sales efforts effectively - Strengthening relationships with existing and new customers through various activities like sales calls, entertainment, and trade shows - Developing relationships within the community to expand the customer base - Managing relationships with key internal and external stakeholders - Participating in sales calls with the sales team to acquire new business and support operational aspects of business booked - Identifying new business opportunities to achieve revenue goals and understanding market trends to maximize revenue - Providing exceptional customer service to drive customer loyalty and uphold the company's service standards - Interacting with guests to gather feedback on product quality and service levels Qualifications required for this role include: - A 2-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major with 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, OR a 4-year bachelor's degree in the same majors with 1 year of experience in sales and marketing.
