Job Description

Involves leading and motivating a enquiries/leads and convert into client to achieve revenue targets, develop sales strategies, and manage the sales pipeline in service sector. Responsibilities: Team Leadership & Motivation: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets. Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback to foster continuous improvement within the sales team. Foster a high-performance, results-oriented, and collaborative sales culture. Lead Management & Conversion: Oversee the effective management of all incoming inquiries and leads, ensuring timely follow-up and proper qualification. Develop and implement strategies to maximize the conversion rate of qualified leads into new clients. Work closely with the team to identify client needs, propose suitable service solutions, and negotiate contracts effectively. Sales Strategy Development & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company goals and market trends within the service sector. Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and potential partnerships to expand our client base. Analyze sales data, market conditions, and competitor activities to refine strategies and capitalize on growth opportunities. Sales Pipeline Management: Rigorously manage the entire sales pipeline, from lead generation and qualification to proposal submission, negotiation, and closing. Implement and optimize CRM usage to track sales activities, forecast revenue, and monitor pipeline health. Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales performance, forecasts, and market insights to senior management. Client Relationship Management: Act as a key point of contact for strategic clients, building and nurturing long-term relationships. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by understanding their evolving needs and ensuring seamless service delivery in collaboration with operations teams. Address any client concerns or escalations promptly and effectively. Market Research & Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics within the service sector. Provide insights and recommendations for new service offerings or improvements based on market demand and client feedback.
