Job Summary:

We are looking for a result-driven Sales Manager to oversee sales operations in Uttar Pradesh. The ideal candidate should have experience in rural sales, preferably in cattle feed, animal nutrition, or agri-inputs, and must be comfortable working in field environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage dealer/distributor networks in assigned territories.
• Promote and sell cattle feed products to farmers, dairy cooperatives, and retail outlets.
• Conduct product demonstrations, field visits, and farmer awareness meetings.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
• Collect feedback from customers and provide market insights to management.
• Coordinate with logistics and ensure timely product delivery.
• Maintain records of sales, stock, and customer interactions.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate in Agriculture / Veterinary Science / Marketing preferred (12th pass with strong field experience may be considered).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in cattle feed or agri-product sales.
• Strong local knowledge of rural markets and livestock sector in UP.
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned districts.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and local dialects.
• Own two-wheeler preferred (TA/DA will be provided if applicable).
