You will be responsible for aggressively driving sales numbers and achieving business targets for Retail loan products through cross-selling while enhancing client relationships. It is crucial to retain and expand the customer base for retail loan products to ensure repeat business and referrals. You will need to maximize sales through networks and relationships, developing and maintaining strong liaisons with clients. Your role will involve processing files from the login stage to disbursement, collaborating with internal departments like Operations and Credit for completion. Managing a team of relationship managers effectively will be essential to optimize team productivity and meet business targets. Aligning with the team on ground lead generation activities for sales is also part of your responsibilities. Leading and supervising the team for implementing the growth agenda through appropriate training, motivation, and deployment strategies is crucial. Keeping abreast of market trends and competitor intelligence will help in developing effective sales and marketing strategies. Your insights into markets, competition, processes, and available products will be valuable feedback for the central product and policy team to stay ahead in the market. Ensuring compliance with all Audit/RBI regulations, as well as processes, policies, and reports according to the company's systems, is a key aspect of the role.
